What will you do in this job?
As part of the customer service team you would be responsible for taking incoming calls and emails from all Dutch customers, supporting them with any issues they may be having with possible bookings. You will be working closely with various other departments in order to provide the best customer service possible.

Of course, excellent communication skills are a priority and you have previous customer service experience (preferably in the hospitality or retail sector).

Interview & Salary
This Dutch Customer Service Agent job is a 40 hour a week position that involved shift work. There will be 2 phone interviews and a language check with our client.
In regards to salary, you can expect to earn €1870 gross per month as well as a monthly bonus once you reach 100% of your targets.
Not to worry about jumping straight in, our client provides 3 weeks training before you get to hit the ground running.
