What will you do in this job?
As part of the Customer Service Admin team your main responsibilities will fall under order management tasks such as ensuring all incoming orders are processed, daily/weekly/monthly reporting is carried out and ensure that any Dutch customer queries on orders, stock, deliveries are invoices are resolved in a timely manner.

Based in the US but have a number of office locations around the world. Our client is currently looking for Dutch Customer Service Agents to join the family in Dublin, Ireland.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for near native Dutch speakers with a good level of English who have excellent communication skills (written & verbal). You have excellent PC, typing (35+ wpm) and MS Office skills and it would be a plus if you were familiar with Outlook.
1 year’s customer service experience is required (retail experience could be considered), along with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Where would you be working?
This job is based just outside of the city center (20 mins drive to be exact) so you can escape the higher priced rental spaces but still be close enough to Dublin city which has all you could need.
Interview & Salary
First of all, you will be invited to a Skype/Phone Interview with the hiring manager and if successful you will be invited for a face-to-face interview here in Dublin. There may also be a language (Dutch) test as our client wants to uphold their amazing customer care reputation.
In terms of salary – you can look forward to bringing home €26,000 gross per annum that comes with extra benefits such as a contribution to a pension scheme, yearly bonus structure, life insurance and health insurance for you and any dependants you may have.
