What will you do in this job?
As part of the French Customer Service team in Cork it will be your job to integrate well within the team, focus solely on the customers and work to always leave them smiling via phone, email and chat. You will become an expert on their services so that you and your teammates can provide top class customer service to all. Brief customers on tutorials that the company offers and when it comes down to it, to always aim to do your best to leave the customers with an excellent experience.

Who are we looking for?
For this French Customer Service job in our client’s new office in Cork, we are looking for you to have excellent oral and written skills in both French and in English. You will need to have either a Bachelor’s degree or a good level of Customer Service Experience. As personality fit is also important for our client we are looking for you to have an outgoing and bubbly personality with a strong desire to achieve and improve. A skill for technology would be great too – you will be trained in on how to use our clients systems, once you don’t shy away from IT, that would be great.
Interview & Salary
