As part of the Sporting Customer Service team here in Dublin means that you will be responsible for offering customer service via phone and email to customers about our client’s wide range of products, log detailed information into the company database in order to help future service and training in new recruits and above all else provide the very best of service.

Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for near native French speakers with excellent English and top-notch communication skills (written & verbal) in both languages. You have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a call centre & are used to delivering the best of the best of customer service. Excellent PC skills and an interest in sports is needed for this customer service job. Being detail oriented and extremely self-motivated is a big big plus for your application.

Interview & Salary
