What will you do in this job?
As part of the Multilingual B2B Customer Relationship team it will be your job to work closely with clients over the phone, helping them with any queries or issues they may have about their orders and payments.
You will be working closely with logistics too as clients may also have questions about the delivery of their medical goods. You will get the chance to help a number of account managers prepare offerings for their clients abroad.

Our client is an international logistics provider with offices and logistics centres across Europe. They offer their logistic services to a wide variety of customers who are active in industries such as manufacturing, automotive and leisure.
Who are we looking for?
For this Customer Relationship Manager role we are looking for you to have a near native level of German, English and Spanish.
You have excellent communication skills in 3 languages. Previous customer service experience would be great but what we are really looking for is an inner drive, a passion for what you do.
You have great MS Office skills and are comfortable in using all of their applications. You are a team player and extremely customer focused.
Where would you be working?
Frankfurt - the largest city in the German state of Hesse and the fifth largest city in Germany. As Frankfurt is in a prime location within Germany and Europe is it a major air, rail and highway transport hub. Lastly this beautiful city is full of a number of Museums, Gardens and skyscrapers, so there is plenty for you to explore.

When it comes to salary – here is something that you can really sink your teeth into – depending on your experience of course you can expect to earn between €30,000 - €35,000 gross per annum.
