Job Summary 
A fan of online games where you can poker face your way to the top? Do you have some previous Customer Support experience & speak Russian? If so we have a rather interesting job for you here in Dublin. Its a support job where you will help all online players with any issues they may have. If you're a night owl then you will have no issue with working night shifts as this is a job where we are looking for you to help all of those midnight players out there. What will you do in this job?
For this Russian Customer Support job it will be your responsibility to help all online players via phone, live chat and email - working hard on providing quick results and solving issues within a certain time. 
You will looking after the handling and troubleshooting of accounts and when needed, escalate issues to level 2 support. It is your responsibility to stay up to date will of the online offerings of the site so when the chance presents itself you can up and cross sell to customers. 

Who will you be working for? 
Originally a family run business but due to rapid growth and demand for their services they have grown into an international company with over 400 employees and offices in Malta, the UK and now in Ireland. Dublin specifically, where they are looking for Russian speakers to join their Customer Support team for night shifts. 

Who are we looking for? 
For this Customer Support job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Russian and an excellent level of English - You will need to have excellent levels of communication in both languages. You are OK with working night shifts and possibly drive your own car as this will make it easier to get in and out of work. You have previous customer support experience and some experience in the gaming world for example  - you may have worked in a casino - which would be great. Lastly of course you either live in Dublin or are willing to relocate. 

Where would you be working for?
This Russian Customer Support Job is based just outside of Dublin City Center and is only 30 mins drive so you are never too far from the action. There is always something to do - you are close enough to the city center and country life so you can have the best of both worlds.  

Interview & Salary 
For this Russian Customer support Job the interview process is straight forward - first you will receive a language test via email and have a certain amount of time to complete it and send it back (for both languages Russian and English). Once passed you will have Phone screening with the HR manager here in Dublin and lastly there will be a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager in Dublin. Of course our client is flexible so if you are living in Ireland already there will be a face-to-face and if not we can arrange a Skype interview instead. 

In terms of salary you can look forward to earning €28,000 gross per annum - But since this is a Customer Service job for Night Shifts there are significant benefits - you will earn up to 25% based on your performance and on top of that there is €1000 bonus spread over your first 6 months and €2500 over the next 6 months as compensation for working the night shifts.
