What will you do in this job?
As the L2 Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the monitoring and set up of certain technologies for the companies DACH clients, ensuring all is configured correctly, tested for bugs and fully operational. You will work on the review of recurring issues and manage them through companies own troubleshoot management process.
You will also need to attend day-to-day meetings with other team members to discuss and identify any performance issues.

Who are we looking for?
To be our next Technical Support Engineer we are looking for near native Spanish speakers with excellent English – your communication skills (both written & verbal) are top notch. You have 2+ years’ experience in data center network administration and are comfortable in supporting clients with the DACH market in technologies such as HP, NETAP and Cisco etc.

Interview & Salary:
With regards to interview – you will be invited for a phone interview and if successful there will be one more phone/skype interview.
In terms of salary, you can expect to earn between 59,000 – 67,000 Czech Koruna gross per month along with 10% monthly bonus that is dependent on your performance.
